Requires all Delaware public schools and charter schools to provide oral health screenings to all kindergarten students by the last student attendance day of each school year.

Screenings must be performed by a dental hygienist or dentist and results recorded in each student's electronic health record.

Schools must notify parents/guardians if a student fails an oral health screening and provide a copy of the screening results sent home with the student.

The Bureau of Oral Health and Dental Services must refer students needing dental care or restorative treatment to a dentist.

Requirements are contingent on continued funding and operation of the Delaware Smile Check Program (or comparable free screening program) under the Department of Health and Social Services; effective for the 2024-2025 school year.
