Recognizes veterans' unwavering commitment and service, including the physical and mental strength, courage, and resilience required in military life.

Acknowledges the sacrifices of veterans and their families, and commits to addressing challenges including the veteran suicide rate of 17-22 individuals per day nationally.

Identifies ongoing obstacles veterans face in transitioning to civilian life, including healthcare access, homelessness, employment opportunities, and support services at veteran facilities.

Establishes a platform for veterans' voices to be heard and conversations held between veterans and legislators regarding their needs and concerns.
