Recognizes April 2024 as "National Donate Life Month" in Delaware to encourage organ, eye, and tissue donation.

Highlights that approximately 103,000 Americans are on the national transplant waiting list, with more than 400 Delawareans awaiting transplants and 17 people dying daily due to insufficient organ donations.

Notes that one organ donor can save and heal the lives of more than 100 people, and that 95 percent of the population supports organ donation.

Encourages Delaware residents to register as donors through the National Donate Life Registry at www.registerme.org or local DelDOT centers.

Honors registered donors, donor families, living donors, and medical professionals who work to save and heal lives through transplantation.
