Designates April 24, 2024, as "AKA Day at the Capitol" in Delaware to recognize Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.

Acknowledges Alpha Kappa Alpha's 116-year history as the first Greek-lettered organization established by and for Black college-educated women, founded January 15, 1908, at Howard University.

Recognizes the sorority's over 300,000 global members and their commitment to community service, including over one million hours of service particularly in Black neighborhoods.

Honors five Delaware graduate chapters (Zeta Omega, Epsilon Iota Omega, Sigma Zeta Omega, Alpha Alpha Mu Omega, and Alpha Alpha Tau Omega) and two undergraduate chapters (Delta Lambda and Lambda Gamma) for 21 consecutive years of advocacy to the Delaware General Assembly and community programs addressing health, education, and economic disparities.

Affirms the organization's current program initiatives including empowering families, enhancing the environment, building economic wealth, uplifting local communities, advocating for social justice, and strengthening sisterhood.
