Acknowledges approximately 342 foster homes in Delaware providing stable and safe care for vulnerable children in 2024.

Notes that 583 youth in Delaware currently live away from their homes or are experiencing foster care.

Encourages all Delawareans to commend foster families and youth in foster care throughout the state during this month and throughout the year.

Recognizes foster parents as integral members of the professional team protecting and nurturing children while strengthening families.
