Urge medical professionals to incorporate CPR and first aid training information into parent education programs, postnatal consultations, and pediatric checkup visits.

Direct the Department of Health and Social Services to collaborate with healthcare providers, community organizations, and educational institutions to develop and distribute educational materials on infant and child CPR and basic first aid training.

Encourage medical professionals to display training information in offices through waiting room posters, exam room materials, and parent education materials for families taking newborns home or to first pediatrician appointments.

Recommend that the General Assembly allocate resources and funding to support implementation of infant and child CPR and first aid training initiatives in healthcare settings and community-based programs.
