Recognizes 48 young men from Delaware high schools and home schools who participated in the 2024 Boys State session held June 9-13, 2024, in Dover.

Commends the participants for receiving hands-on training in the legislative process, state government operations, elections, committee systems, and the American representative democracy system.

Acknowledges that participants elected their own Governor and leadership for both Houses of the General Assembly during their week-long session.

Extends congratulations to the delegates and wishes for their future success, with hope that some may serve as elected representatives in the Delaware legislature.

Commends and thanks the American Legion Department of Delaware for sponsoring this educational program and directs copies of the resolution be presented to each delegate and the American Legion.
