Recognizes the Easterseals/CAI Volleyball Challenge taking place March 25 at William Penn High School and March 26 at Delaware State University in its 42nd year overall and 17th year of Democrat-Republican team participation.

Acknowledges that Easterseals Delaware & Maryland's Eastern Shore has provided services and support to people with disabilities and senior citizens for 75 years, including therapies, employment programs, and assistive technology services.

Notes that the Volleyball Challenge has raised more than $5.8 million since 2001, with Delaware's Democrat and Republican teams collectively raising over $66,655 in the last 17 years, with the Republican team currently leading 10 matches to 6.

Honors Carolyn Jerzak as the 2023 Volleyball Ambassador, a young adult with intellectual disabilities who participates in Easterseals' day program for adults with intellectual disabilities.

Requires both Democrat and Republican teams to field more Delaware elected officials than non-elected persons to uphold the integrity and fairness of the contest.
