Commemorates January 22, 2023 as the 50th anniversary of the 1973 U.S. Supreme Court decision in Roe v. Wade, which established a constitutional right to abortion based on the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment

Affirms that access to reproductive health care is critical to individuals' physical, psychological, and socioeconomic well-being, and acknowledges continued barriers faced by low-income people, people of color, and young people

Notes that the 149th General Assembly codified protections from Roe v. Wade into Delaware law, establishing abortion as an essential human right

States that despite the Supreme Court's Dobbs v. Jackson decision overturning Roe v. Wade, Delaware continues to uphold reproductive rights and work to expand access to abortion services
