Acknowledges the Delaware Financial Education Alliance's partnership with the University of Delaware's Center for Economic Education and Entrepreneurship in sponsoring the program since 1998.

Notes that over 250 bankers from 24 banks taught over 7,000 students in more than 80 Delaware schools in the previous year, providing financial literacy education.

Marks the 25th annual celebration of Teach Children to Save Day, recognizing a quarter century of promoting savings and financial skills among children.
