Designates March 30, 2023, as Atheist Awareness Day in Delaware through House Concurrent Resolution No. 28 of the 152nd General Assembly.

Acknowledges that approximately 7% of Americans identify as atheist, 7% as agnostic, and 15% as unaffiliated with any religion, with over 1.1 billion people worldwide holding these beliefs.

Recognizes the historical and ongoing persecution of atheists, agnostics, and non-religious individuals, and notes that seven state constitutions contain unconstitutional bans on atheists holding elected office.

Highlights contributions of atheists and agnostics to American society across science, technology, education, medicine, government, law, and the arts, including 29% of scientists and 12% of doctors.

Affirms support for freedom of religion and the separation of church and state as guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution and First Amendment.
