Designates April 6, 2023, as "AKA Day at the Capital" in Delaware to recognize Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.

Acknowledges Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority was founded January 15, 1908, at Howard University and has 115 years of continuous existence with over 300,000 global members.

Recognizes Delaware's Alpha Kappa Alpha chapters (Zeta Omega, Epsilon Iota Omega, Sigma Zeta Omega, Alpha Alpha Mu Omega, Alpha Alpha Tau Omega, Delta Lambda, and Lambda Gamma) for community service including scholarship programs, civic engagement, health initiatives, and advocacy.

Notes the sorority's members have provided consistent legislative advocacy guidance to the Delaware General Assembly for twenty consecutive years.

Highlights Alpha Kappa Alpha's international program initiatives focusing on family empowerment, environmental enhancement, economic wealth building, social justice advocacy, and community uplift.
