Designates April 26, 2023, as "4-H Day" in Delaware to recognize the organization's contributions to youth development.

4-H serves over 35,000 youth in Delaware, representing 40% of the state's school-age population, through 134 community clubs led by over 900 volunteers.

First Delaware 4-H club, the Houston Cardinals, was established in 1914, making it over 100 years old at the time of resolution.

4-H operates under three national program mandates (science and technology, healthy living, and citizenship) and four essential elements (mastery, belonging, independence, and generosity).

4-H serves youth ages 5 to 19 through community clubs, after-school programs, military programs, school enrichment, special interest projects, and camps.
