Acknowledges human trafficking as the second largest and fastest growing criminal industry worldwide, generating over $10 billion annually in the United States.

Highlights critical statistics including that a child is trafficked every 2 minutes in the US, over 300,000 children are at high risk of trafficking daily, and the average trafficked child is 12 years old.

Recognizes Delaware non-profit organizations including Zoe Ministries, Salvation Army of Delaware, and Meet Me at the Well for their community training and victim support efforts.

Calls for continued awareness efforts and collaboration among community partners, service providers, law enforcement, and state officials through the Delaware Anti-Trafficking Action Council to combat trafficking in the state.
