Extends the Firearm Definition Task Force reporting deadline from January 5, 2024, to March 8, 2024.

The task force was established under Senate Concurrent Resolution No. 102 to assess impacts of proposed changes to the definition of "firearm" in Delaware Code Title 11, § 222.

The task force is responsible for determining how the firearm definition change affects the Delaware Criminal Code and other code provisions, and for making recommendations on revisions.

Task force members indicated they have worked diligently but require additional time to complete their findings and recommendations report.
