Designates March 8th, 2024 as International Women's Day in Delaware.

Recognizes the contributions of women throughout history, including notable figures such as Susan B. Anthony, Florence Bayard Hilles, Annie Jump Cannon, Emily Bissell, Mary Ann Shadd Cary, and U.S. Representative Lisa Blunt Rochester.

Acknowledges the roles women have played as caregivers, teachers, nurses, and leaders, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Honors the 15 female Representatives and 8 female Senators serving in the 152nd General Assembly of Delaware.

Urges all Delawareans to commemorate and celebrate the accomplishments of women throughout the state and nation.
