Highlights the fraternity's community service initiatives including Guide Right/Kappa League, The Achievement Center, youth enrichment programs, Dream Keepers Foundation, voter registration drives, and the Kappa Klassic Basketball Tournament

Recognizes the fraternity's advocacy efforts to the Delaware General Assembly and commitment to responsible legislation and public policy for the state
