Designates March 21, 2024, as "Rock Your Socks for World Down Syndrome Day" in Delaware to raise awareness of Down syndrome and celebrate individuals with the condition.

Recognizes that approximately 1 in 700 babies are born with Down syndrome annually in the United States, with more than 400,000 individuals nationwide living with the condition.

Acknowledges that people with Down syndrome in Delaware attend school, work, participate in community decisions, and contribute meaningfully to society while exercising their rights to independent living and educational and employment pursuits.

Honors the Down Syndrome Association of Delaware, which serves over 450 individuals with Down syndrome and is distributing more than 50,000 pairs of mismatched socks to schools, businesses, and individuals to celebrate World Down Syndrome Day.

Celebrates the talents, gifts, and contributions of people with Down syndrome while recognizing the support and commitment of their families and loved ones.
