Designates April 27th as World Trade Center® Delaware Day to commemorate the organization's founding on April 27, 1987

Recognizes World Trade Center® Delaware's role as the state's premier international business resource that facilitates trade and partnerships between Delaware businesses, educational institutions, and government agencies with other countries

Acknowledges the organization's accomplishments including designation as a Strategic Partner by the International Trade Administration and receipt of the Export-Import Bank of the United States REPP Member of the Year award for 2023

Notes that during the 150th General Assembly, House Bill 260 formally designated World Trade Center® Delaware as the state's official contact for international trade matters with federal agencies, regional and international organizations, and foreign government officials

Recognizes the organization's paid internship program that provides Delaware students with opportunities to become international trade experts
