Amends § 1131 of Title 16 (Delaware Code) to add adult day care facilities to the definition of "facility" under patient abuse reporting requirements.

Adult day care facilities required to be licensed under Chapter 1 of Title 16 are now subject to existing reporting obligations under Subchapter III of Chapter 11 of Title 16.

Extends patient abuse reporting and oversight requirements that apply to hospitals, nursing homes, and other licensed facilities to include adult day care facilities.
