Corrects consumer protection provisions in Title 6 regarding automatic contract renewals, clarifying that consumers may void automatic renewal contracts and must be provided an online cancellation option if the contract was entered into online

Repeals § 1116 of Title 30 (Delaware investment credit for personal income tax) to align with the prior repeal of the Delaware Investment Tax Credit Program under former subchapter X of Chapter 87A of Title 29
