Repeals the definition of "Board" from § 8702A of Title 29, eliminating the statutory reference to the Tourism Advisory Board.

Repeals § 8708A in its entirety, which established the Tourism Advisory Board and outlined its composition, appointment procedures, and operational structure.

Removes reference to the Tourism Advisory Board from § 8716A, eliminating the Board's ability to request special reports from the Division of Tourism.

Terminates the Tourism Advisory Board, which had been in existence since 1981 but has not actively participated in advising the Delaware Tourism Office for approximately 5 years.
