Allows correctional officers, probation officers, and parole officers to submit a written request to protect their personal information from public disclosure by government agencies and private persons.

Defines "personal information" to include home address, phone numbers, email, social security number, financial account numbers, and identity of children under age 18.

Requires government agencies and persons to remove protected personal information from public display within 72 hours of receiving a written request, or by the next directory update for printed materials.

Prohibits persons from sharing, selling, or trading a correctional officer's personal information with intent to pose an imminent and serious threat to their health and safety.

Provides remedies including injunctive relief, private right of action with damages of not less than $10,000 and up to 3 times actual damages, and potential criminal penalties.

Takes effect 180 days after enactment to allow for implementation of procedures by the Department of Correction.
