Replaces all references to "Master in Chancery" with "Magistrate in Chancery" throughout Delaware Code Titles 8, 10, 12, and 26.

Changes the judicial title used for Court of Chancery officers appointed to examine witnesses, prepare factual reports, and assist with various court proceedings including elections, mediations, and estate matters.

The title change addresses negative connotations associated with the word "master" while maintaining the historical judicial function inherited from British High Court of Chancery tradition.

Applies to all contexts where Masters in Chancery were referenced, including corporate director elections, deed covenant disputes, voluntary adjudications, presumed death cases, trust proceedings, and franchise termination reviews.

Requires a two-thirds majority vote for passage due to amendments to the Delaware General Corporation Law (Title 8).
