Adds adult siblings of a decedent to the definition of "next of kin" in Delaware's forensic science statute (Title 29, Chapter 47).

Establishes a hierarchy for next of kin as: spouse, adult children, parents, adult siblings, and finally any person legally entitled to claim the decedent's remains.

Authorizes the Medical Examiner to release a decedent's personal property to an adult sibling when no other next of kin exists.

Allows the Medical Examiner to provide copies of post mortem examination reports to an adult sibling upon written request when no other next of kin is available.
