Loan recipients must agree to fulfill a 4-year service obligation working as a nurse at a Delaware long-term care facility

Establishes a loan repayment program for nurses who have worked full-time at a Delaware long-term care facility for at least 1 year, paying up to $5,000 annually toward their existing student loans

Limits loan repayment benefits to a maximum of 4 payments per lifetime, with the Delaware Higher Education Office administering the program and prioritizing applicants based on financial need
