Exempts employees of private schools from the Safe School Zone firearm prohibition if designated by their employer to provide security and holding a valid Delaware concealed carry permit under § 1441.

Allows private school security employees to possess firearms on their employer's premises while acting in an official security capacity.

Makes technical corrections to § 1457A including changing "within" to "in" and "shall" to "does" for consistency with Delaware Legislative Drafting Manual standards.

Changes language regarding probation and parole officers from plural to singular form and clarifies that license holders under § 1441 may only carry firearms in motor vehicles within school zones.

Modifies expulsion provisions for students possessing firearms in Safe School Zones by allowing school boards to reduce the mandatory 180-day expulsion period on a case-by-case basis.
