Amends § 6101 of Title 21 to modify minimum liability insurance requirements for vehicle rental companies in Delaware.

Replaces specific insurance limits ($10,000/$20,000 bodily injury and $5,000 property damage) with a reference to the minimum financial responsibility limits established under § 2902 of Title 21.

Applies the same minimum insurance coverage standards to rental vehicle policies as required for general vehicle owner liability policies.

Makes technical corrections to language in the statute to conform with Delaware Legislative Drafting Manual standards.
