Concurs in a constitutional amendment proposed in the 151st General Assembly that lowers the minimum voting age in Delaware from 21 years to 18 years of age.

Amends Section 2 of Article V of the Delaware Constitution to change the voting age requirement from "twenty-one years" to "eighteen years or older."

Represents the second and final legislative step required for the amendment to become part of the Delaware Constitution, following initial adoption in the 151st General Assembly as Chapter 350 of Volume 83 of the Laws of Delaware.

Requires a two-thirds affirmative vote of all members elected to each house of the General Assembly for passage, as mandated by Section 1 of Article XVI of the Delaware Constitution.
