Amends § 122 of Title 14 of the Delaware Code to require the Department of Education to implement culturally responsive education standards.

Mandates that instruction foster academic achievement and cultural competence while acknowledging and valuing diversity of contributions and experiences of all learners.

Requires the Department to update its current Diversity Regulation to include a non-exhaustive list of racial, ethnic, and cultural groups.

Directs promotion of integration of diverse racial, ethnic, and cultural group contributions into local K-12 curricula.
