Reduces school bullying prevention and criminal youth gang detection training from 3 hours to 1 hour every 3 years for all school employees, with new employees completing 1 hour within 1 year of employment.

Reduces suicide prevention training from 4.5 hours to 3 hours every 3 years for all school employees, with new employees completing 1 hour within 1 year of employment.

Reduces teen dating violence and sexual assault training from 2 hours to 1 hour every 3 years for school administrators, nurses, and counselors serving grades 7-12, with new employees completing 1 hour within 1 year of employment.

Requires the Department of Education to review and update mandatory training programs every 3 years minimum to ensure relevance to Delaware students and alignment with best practices.

Directs the Department of Education to develop regulations establishing a schedule for all trainings under § 4162.
