Removes language from the definition of "master's social work" that included supervision as part of the practice, clarifying the scope of this licensure level.

Modifies supervision requirements for licensed clinical social worker applicants by removing master's social workers as primary supervisors, requiring supervision by licensed clinical social workers, licensed psychologists, or licensed psychiatrists going forward.

Creates a grandfathering provision allowing applicants or licensed clinical social workers who began supervision by a master's social worker on or before the enactment date to satisfy current requirements if otherwise compliant.

Establishes a 180-day transition period during which applicants must continue supervision under a licensed clinical social worker, licensed psychologist, or licensed psychiatrist if they have not completed the 2-year supervised experience requirement.

Allows master's social workers currently supervising applicants as of the enactment date to continue supervising those same applicants for an additional 180 days after enactment.
