Requires healthcare practitioners to offer patients ultrasound imaging and auscultation of fetal heart tone services before terminating a pregnancy, except in medical emergencies.

Ultrasound must display fetal dimensions and an accurate portrayal of external members and internal organs at a quality consistent with standard medical practice.

Patients may choose not to view the ultrasound image or listen to the fetal heart tone auscultation.

Healthcare practitioners must obtain the patient's signature on a form confirming the patient was offered ultrasound and auscultation services before proceeding with pregnancy termination.

Known as "The Woman's Right to Know Act" and compliance is required for healthcare facility accreditation under Title 16.
