Requires healthcare professionals renewing licenses in 2027 to complete at least 2 hours of continuing education on diagnosis, treatment, or care of patients with Alzheimer's disease or other dementias.

Requires healthcare professionals renewing licenses after 2027 to complete at least 2 hours of continuing education on Alzheimer's disease or other dementias, but only once (exemption if previously completed in prior reporting period).

Exempts professionals who do not provide healthcare services to or have direct patient interactions with adults age 26 or older from the continuing education requirement.

Exempts professionals who do not provide healthcare services to anyone within the State of Delaware from the continuing education requirement.

Allows training on Alzheimer's disease or other dementias previously applied to meet other state licensure, professional accreditation, or healthcare institutional requirements to count toward this continuing education requirement.
