Clarifies that sex offender registry information must be available on the Delaware Sex Offender Central Registry website, which is updated weekly and searchable by offender name or geographic location.

Addresses administrative and emotional burdens on school staff by redirecting responsibility for public access to sex offender information to law enforcement agencies that have expertise to answer public questions about registered offenders.
