Prohibits discharging firearms within 100 yards of occupied dwellings, houses, residences, barns, stables, or connected buildings without owner/tenant permission, unless firing into an area with a sufficient natural or artificial barrier to contain projectiles

Sets a 50-yard restriction for discharging archery equipment near occupied dwellings and related structures without owner/tenant permission

Exempts lawful hunting and trapping activities regulated under Title 7 § 723, as well as designated training areas used by the Department of Natural Resources, Delaware National Guard, Department of Corrections, or other law enforcement agencies

Classifies unlawful discharge of a firearm under this section as a Class A misdemeanor, with exclusive jurisdiction in Superior Court

Repeals § 903 of Title 28, which previously regulated shooting galleries and booths used for target shooting
