Amends § 4356A of Title 21 of the Delaware Code to permit state-owned and operated snow removal equipment and vehicles to be equipped with green revolving or flashing lights.

Green lights on snow removal equipment may be used only during winter weather operations.

Adds snow removal equipment to the existing list of vehicles authorized to use green lights, which previously included fire department, police department, and designated emergency vehicles.

Green lights serve to increase visibility to the traveling public during winter weather conditions when such visibility is reduced.
