Designates February 4, 2024, as "USO Day" in Delaware to honor the USO's service to military members and families.

USO Delaware was established in 1991 to serve military members and families at Dover Air Force Base, including the 436th Active Duty Wing, 512th Reserve Wing, and Delaware National Guard.

USO Delaware supported over 217,000 active duty, reserve, and guard members and their families, and held over 50 major events for service members in the past year.

USO Delaware has assisted over 10,200 families and friends of fallen service members through its Families of the Fallen program and has never missed a Dignified Transfer support request since 1991.

Provides free entertainment, nourishment, facilities, and comfort to deploying Armed Forces and supports service members and families before, during, and after deployment.
