References Senate Bill 24, the Seizure Safe Schools Act, which would allow schools to designate and train employees to administer rescue medication to students with seizure disorders

Calls upon Delaware state agencies and residents to undertake efforts to increase epilepsy awareness and reduce stigma associated with the condition
