Acknowledges line workers' critical role in installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical, communication, and power lines across the nation.

Highlights that over 120,376 line workers currently work on the U.S. grid, operating 2.7 million transmission towers, 180 million utility poles, and 450,000 miles of power lines.

Notes line workers' emergency response efforts, including 67,000 personnel during Hurricane Sandy and restoration of nearly 2 million outages within 72 hours during Hurricane Ian.

Honors the dangerous nature of line work, which requires four years of training to achieve journeyman status, and recognizes approximately 6,100 linewomen currently working in the United States.
