Honors the National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL) on the 50th anniversary of its 1975 establishment as a nonpartisan association of sitting state legislators.

Recognizes NCSL's mission to advance legislative effectiveness, independence, and integrity while fostering interstate cooperation and protecting state sovereignty against federal mandates and preemption.

Acknowledges Delaware's contributions to NCSL, including two former Delaware legislators who served as NCSL president: Senator Robert T. Connor (1993-1994) and State Representative Donna Stone (2007-2008).

Commends Delaware legislators and staff who have participated in NCSL programs and received Legislative Staff Achievement Awards, including Senator Marie Pinkney, former Representative David Bentz, and multiple legislative staff members.

Extends best wishes to NCSL for continued success and directs that copies of the resolution be shared with NCSL leadership and staff.
