Establishes the Probation System Task Force to study the current state of Delaware's probation system and make findings and recommendations.

Task Force composed of 2 Senate members (1 majority, 1 minority), 2 House members (1 majority, 1 minority), Chief Justice, Attorney General, Chief Defender, Department of Correction Commissioner, 2 probation service providers, 4 individuals with probation experience, 1 domestic violence advocate, and 1 probation advocate.

Senate President Pro Tempore-appointed Senate member serves as Chair; House Speaker-appointed House member serves as Vice Chair.

Task Force must hold its first meeting by September 27, 2024, and submit a final report to legislative leadership and the Governor by July 1, 2025.

Senate Majority Caucus and Division of Research must provide reasonable support staff and materials for the Task Force.
