Establishes the Delaware Interscholastic Athletic Association (DIAA) Task Force to study and make recommendations addressing the needs of student athletes and effective functioning of DIAA.

Task Force comprises 20+ members including state legislators, Department of Education Secretary, DIAA Executive Director and Board Chair, school superintendents, athletic directors, coaches, parents/guardians, and a referee official.

Task Force shall examine board management, committee structure, complaint and waiver processes, staffing needs, financial analysis and fee restructuring, regulation effectiveness, and other relevant topics identified by co-chairs.

Co-chairs (one state senator, one state representative) must hold first meeting no later than May 15, 2023, and submit final report with findings and recommendations by December 31, 2023.

General Assembly shall provide reasonable and necessary support staff, including a legislative attorney, and materials for the Task Force to carry out its mission.
