Directs the Delaware Interscholastic Athletic Association (DIAA) to analyze 5 years of data on disparities between public and private school team championship wins

Private schools won 25 of 34 DIAA state team titles in 2023/2024; over the past 3 years, private schools won 73 of 102 championships compared to 23 by public schools and 6 by charter schools

The Blue Hen Conference (primarily northern New Castle County high schools) has won only 3 of 102 team titles in the past 3 years

DIAA must consider all contributing factors and include possible options to address, minimize, or resolve identified disparities in its report

Report due by May 31, 2025, to legislative leadership, including review of data, best practices from other states, and recommendations for moving forward
