Recognizes March 25th as "Greek Independence Day" in Delaware, commemorating the 202nd anniversary of Greek independence in 2023.

Acknowledges the historical significance of March 25, 1821, when Bishop Germanos of Patras raised the Greek flag at the Monastery of Agia Lavra, marking the beginning of the Greek war of independence against Ottoman rule.

Honors the contributions of Ancient Greece to modern democratic ideals and the United States Constitution, as well as ongoing cultural enrichment through literature, philosophy, architecture, and the Olympic Games.

Recognizes Greek-Americans and Delawareans of Hellenic descent for their contributions to the educational, social, moral, and economic principles of the state and country.

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to transmit certified copies of the resolution to the Greek Ambassador to the United States, Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church in Wilmington, Delaware's Congressional delegation, and the Archbishop of the Greek Archdiocese of America.
