Designates July 26, 2024, as "Americans with Disabilities Act Day" in Delaware to commemorate the 34th anniversary of the ADA's passage on July 26, 1990

Recognizes the ADA as a civil rights law prohibiting discrimination against individuals with disabilities in employment, schools, transportation, and public accommodations

Notes that approximately 26% of Americans (61 million adults) have disabilities, and up to 24% of Delaware residents have a disability

Affirms the importance of recognizing people with disabilities and their achievements

Encourages expanded efforts to inform Delaware residents about equitable treatment of those with disabilities and reaffirms commitment to promoting disability rights and inclusion
