Establishes the Delaware Restoring the Family Unit Task Force to examine laws and practices affecting family unity and recommend legislative changes to benefit families.

Task Force comprises 20 members including 4 legislative appointees, 5 state agency secretaries/officials, 3 healthcare professionals (one from each county), and 3 Delaware residents (one from each county).

Task Force must examine and report on the impact of Delaware's tax, welfare, education, and recidivism policies on family stability.

Task Force shall hold its first meeting no later than September 1, 2024, and submit a final report with findings and recommendations by March 1, 2025.

Senate Minority Caucus is responsible for providing staff support, including a legislative attorney, and materials necessary for the Task Force to carry out its mission.
