Designates March 26, 2023, as "Epilepsy Awareness Day" in Delaware to promote awareness of epilepsy globally.

Acknowledges that epilepsy affects approximately 3 million Americans and over 10,000 Delawareans, with an estimated 1,300 children aged 0-17 in Delaware having the disorder.

Recognizes that public misconceptions about epilepsy create stigma, discrimination, and employment barriers for those with the condition.

Requests that the Governor issue a proclamation declaring the date and calls upon state agencies and Delaware residents to undertake efforts to increase epilepsy awareness throughout the state.

Notes that Epilepsy Awareness Day began as a grassroots initiative in 2008 and is now celebrated annually on March 26 in various states and countries worldwide.
