Recognizes the Community Education Building (CEB), located at 1200 N. French Street in Wilmington, Delaware, as a leader in educational innovation and equity impact.

CEB provides wraparound services to over 1,300 students and their families, partnering with four resident schools (Kuumba Academy Charter School, Great Oaks Charter School, University of Delaware Associates in the Arts Program, and High Road School) plus three external schools.

Offers direct family services including housing support, parent education, benefits navigation, food security, and career navigation to over 380 families through its Family Resource Center and food pantry.

Provides individualized student support through one-on-one navigation, full-time social-emotional support, and academic assistance via its Student Advocacy System.

Collaborates with over 40 external agencies and community-based organizations including ChristianaCare, Delaware Guidance Services, and Teach for America to coordinate comprehensive student and family support.
