E-cigarettes have become the most used tobacco product among U.S. middle and high school students, with 27.5% of high schoolers reporting e-cigarette use in 2019

The Delaware General Assembly formally recognizes the advocacy efforts of Kick Butts Generation through this concurrent resolution
